COATING PAN

V.V. Pharmatech cGMP model coating pan system consists of: Coating pan mounted on a Drive unit resting on SS round pipe stand ensuring lesser dust accumulation. Suction blower, heating chamber SS Pipeline from suction blower to coating pan for blowing hot air to coating pan ensuring proper drying of coated tablets. Scrubber unit with suitable suction blower and water transfer pump which ensures proper sucking of colored particle fumes from coating pan & thereby ensuring trapping of these particles & preventing them to resettle on the tablets & coating area. Spray coating System: it consists of a solution preparation vessel with an electronic weighing scale, peristaltic pump variable frequency drive, propeller type stirrer, digital indicator and spray gun with stand. this ensures thorough spray coating on tablets moving in the coating pan.

SALIENT FEATURE

  • Facility of angular adjustment ofcoating pan facilitates the perfect angle for coating different products well designed spray coating system ensures uniform spraying of coating liquid thereby increasing tablet coating quality & efficiency.
  • Contact part are made of SS 316 *Flame proof electrical *Variable frequency drive for Al (310, 30 rpm). Provision of scrubber unit ensures controlling coating pan speed proper trapping & removal of un coated colored.
  • particle there by reducing its chances of setting on the tablets or spreading on the walls of coating area & outside surface of coating pan. * internal surface polish to be mirror finish 240 grit, External to be 180 grit dull finish * as hot air blower & suction blower with scrubber unit are installed in service area, production area remains neat & clean.

  • Coating Pan is engineered to the perfection from SS 304 (SS 316 optional).
  • Totally enclosed machine drive and hot air blowing system.
  • 12″ or 48″ Coating Machine has variable speed drive. Hot air blowing system is separate.
  • 60″ or 72″ Coating Machine has two speeds with step pulley without hot air blowing system.
