AUTO COATER

DESCRIPTION

Capacity 6” – 72”.
This is automated equipment used for coating of tablets by rotating the tablets in an cylindrical perforated pan.
A highly efficient hot air and exhaust system is employed to heat and dry the tablets.
A spray system with atomized guns is used for spraying solution on the tablets.
The entire process is controlled by a PLC.
Both the air handling units are mounted separately.
Equipment is suitable for Aqueous film coating only.
Advanced WIP system with multiple dynamic wash points for thorough cleaning.
